“Once upon a time when we were friends
I gave you my heart, the story ends.
No happy ever after … now we’re friends…”
ABC – All Of My Heart
Not that my heart is breaking … far from it π
I always loved this song and was singing it this morning … I think it works π
the colours are just beautiful
Thanks Vickie π
And such a faded heart you have depicted here. Love it – and am always amazed that roses retain their scent, and savour, long after the petals have faded.
Me too Sue π
Faded colour with small veins of rich vibrancy are lovely too π
this is beautiful. picture and words. xoxo
Thank you π xo
Gorgeous picture!!! Thank you – mari
My pleasure Mari … thank you π
you made me curious about this song, I’ll listen to it! as you might’ve read, i reactivated my music blog zuckerzwetschkenfee.wordpress.com π
i’m glad to hear something from you again. funny thing i thought about you a few days before you showed up at the episodenfilm π i hope you’re fine?
Hey π
Your music blog! Looks like we both have things to check out then π
Life here is good but very busy and my poor neglected blog is only now starting to recover. We have had a very hot summer, week-long periods of +40Β°C but thankfully that’s over now as we begin the slow cooling descent into Autumn π
yeah, i’d be glad if you had a look at my music blog. yesterday i called it ‘liquid poetry” – i’m not sure where the metapher in my head came from but it’s like something that describes my feeling towards music π
sometimes there’s no time for blogging – real life is more important. but it’s nice you’re here again!
i’m always fascinated that there are places on earth where the seasons are just “upside down” (you know we call australia downunder?). it turns spring here slowly after a winter which was not so rough but i enjoy the longer days.
That’s very cool π
Yes, real life takes precedence … always. Though there have been times I’ve had my priorities the wrong way around and I have ended up regretting it…
Downunder … that’s us π
yep, been there, done that. but important is to learn from it and draw the consequences.
The consequences… oh those… yes I’ve learned at thing or two from those π x
